How to get to the resort

Rosa Khutor


Rosa Khutor is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Russia. This year-round alpine resort is located in Krasnodar Krai, at the Aibga Rodge of the Western Caucasus and just 50 km from the International Airport ‚Sochi-Adler’ (AER). Whether you are travelling by plane, car or train, you can reach this mountain resort conveniently.
There are several ways to get to Sochi - Rosa Khutor:

Air Travel:

Domestic flight connections: Sochi is serviced by several airports in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Samara, Eketerinburg, Novosibirsk, Vladivostok and other cities in Russia. The flight time from Moscow is around 2 hours, from St. Petersburg 3 hours. The regular non-stop flights are operated by national airlines like Aeroflot, S7 Airlines, Rossiya and UTair.

Rail travel

Taking the train is an easy and seamless way to arrive in Sochi – Adler/Rosa Khutor. The travel time from Moscow is between 25 and 40 hours depending on the route you have booked. Trains depart from Kurskyy and Kazanskyy railway station. You can also reach Sochi by train from most cities in Russia.

Car travel

Rosa Khutor is located 1,500 km south of Moscow. Getting to Sochi is simple via М-4 «Don», М-29 «Caucaus» and М-27 «Druzhba – Sochi». The serpentine road from Dzhubgi to Dagomy with a lenghth of 200 km is very atmospheric (however we do not recommend this route for beginner drivers).

Rosa Khutor Valley offers its guests a wide range of parking options. There are four parking garages and one parking lot with a total capacity of 1500 cars.

How to get from Adler to Rosa Khutor:


By train

The train „Lastochka“ connects Adler-Adler Airport and Rosa Khutor with trains leaving every day. Travel takes 40-45 minutes. For more information, the current schedule as well as rates visit the homepage ‘Russian Railways’. A free shuttle service from the railway station to the hotel is available to all guests.

By bus

Bus No. 105 regular: Sochi/Shopping Mall MoreMoll – Railways station Sochi – Airport Sochi/Adler – Rosa Khutor.

Bus No. 105 express: Railway station Sochi – Rosa Khutor (due to less stops you save 30 minutes).

Bus No. 135: Olympic Park Sochi – Airport Sochi/Adler – Krasnaya Polyana Travel time from Sochi: 2 hrs., from Adler 1.5 hrs.

By car

Getting from Sochi/Adler to Rosa Khutor is very convenient via M-27 and A-148. Rosa Khutor Valley offers its guests a wide range of parking options. There are four parking garages and one parking lot with a total capacity of 1500 cars.

The car share parking in Rosa Khutor Valley is located at the entrance to the Music Hall, in the Olympic village.



Shuttle service „Around Sochi“ from Imereti Lowlands

Comfortable busses depart every day and collect guests in Imereti Lowlands.

A professional guide can assist you in all matters regarding your trip.

Travel time: 50-60 minutes.

The shuttle service is free of charge if you have purchased a ski pass.

Transportation of ski and snowboard equipment is free. In case you don’t have a ski pass, please book your bus ticket for 400 rub. (round trip)

Ski bus from Krasnaya Polyana and Estosadok

Our ski buses between Krasnaya Polyana, Estosadok and Rosa Khutor are free of charge. The last bus station is located by the parking lot near the Music Hall, just 5-7 minutes of walking to get to Olympia and Strela lift.
