The first Russia’s medal at “Rosa Khutor”
The Russian athlete Alexander Smyshlyaev won the bronze medal in mogul.
This award became not only the first medal won by our athletes on the slopes of the Rosa Khutor Extreme Park, but also the only medal in Russian mogul for the last twenty years. In addition, Smyshlyaev brought the sixth medal to the Russian medal box at the Games in Sochi.

At the previous two Winter Olympic Games the 26 -year-old Russian mogulist took the 10th and 13th places.
