«Rosa Khutor» to host the tourism ministers from foreign countries

“Rosa Khutor” ski resort will bring together the representatives of public authorities and civil society organizations from around the world aiming at discussing the role of mega cultural and sporting events for sustainable tourism development on June 16-17th.
International Ministerial Forum on Tourism co-organized by the World Tourism Organization and the Federal Tourism Agency will be held in our country for the first time.
During the official opening ceremony held at Radisson Hotel Rosa Khutor the Secretary-General of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) Taleb Rifai, the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Vladimir Medinsky and the Governor of Krasnodar Territory Alexander Tkachev, the acting head of the Federal Agency for Tourism Oleg Safonov will give welcome remarks to the participants.
Among the forum participants the representatives of different countries will attend, including Russia, Argentina, Italy, the UK, South Korea, Croatia, Montenegro, Egypt, Hungary, Monaco, Belgium, San Marino, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Slovakia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Tajikistan.
In addition to the plenary meetings, the participants of the tourism ministerial meeting will be offered the excursion around the main Olympic venues Sochi 2014.
