Operations hours and infrastructure

How do I get to the Rosa Khutor resort?

The Rosa Khutor resort is located in the mountains of Sochi and is 45 km from the international Sochi airport. You can access the resort by train ‘Lastotschka’, by bus or taxi. Means of transportation leave from train station ‘Adler’ and from Sochi’s international airport. You can find more information here.

 

What are the resort’s opening hours?

Opening hours depend on the time of year. During the winter months, ski lifts open at 830AM, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful mountains at 2320 meters while skiing or snowboarding. During the summer months, lifts open at 930AM (lifts ‘Olympia’, ‘Zapovednyy les’ and ‘Kavkazskyy Express’). Using any of these lifts, guests can access the Olympia mountain village and the ‘Rosa Peak’ from ‘Rosa Valley. Current opening hours of all ski lifts can be found here. You can visit our resort anytime and take a look around.

 

 

What activities does the resort offer?

We offer activities for everyone - art workshops in the mountains, restaurants, tubing, extreme sport parks and paragliding are just a few examples. To view year-round activities at the resort, please view the ‘Holiday Activities’ page. For seasonal activities, please view the ‘Winter’ and ‘Summer’ pages. Additionally, the resort hosts a variety of events, which you can find on the ‘Events’ page as well as on the venue ‘Rosa Hall’ website.

 

Why am I unable to view the resort webcam?

Please make sure your flash player is updated. You can allow flash player to update and run by clicking on the key symbol in your browser URL field. Should you still encounter issues, please try another browser.

 

How can I get a ‘My Rosa’ bonus card?

You can obtain a ‘My Rosa’ bonus card at the info service within the resort. All you need is your ski pass. Do not forget to use your bonus card when shopping online with us so you can accrue points. These points will translate into various benefits for you once you reach a certain number of points. Further information on the bonus card can be found here.

 

What do I do in the event of loss of personal property?

Please note that the resort is not responsible for any lost property. However, we offer guests the option to post lost property through our social media and app. You can also let our info service know and we will do our best to help you locate your belongings. Additionally, you can inquire with info service whether anyone has turned in found property.

 

Winter season, Skiing & Snowboarding

When does ski season start at the resort?

This depends on how much snow we get during the season. In case of (hopefully) lots of snow, the season starts in mid-December and lasts until the end of April.

 

Why aren’t all slopes open? When are all slopes accessible?

Slope access depends on weather conditions. In order to open a slope to the public, we must ensure that there’s enough snow and that it is safe for people to use. During strong winds, it is dangerous to use ski lifts in which case we may have to suspend service. Our staff and safety experts conduct an evaluation of all slopes and services we offer every day. Your safety is our utmost priority so during disadvantageous weather conditions we close certain services and resume once we can do so safely.

 

Booking online

How do I register?

You can register during your first purchase of a ski pass or any other resort services. During checkout, we will sign you up for an account. Once your purchase has been completed, you will have a login and password. You can access your account through shop.rosaski.com in the top right corner.

 

How do I obtain my ski pass that I purchased online?

In order to use Rosa Khutor ski slopes and lifts, you will need a ski card. You can pick up your ski card (once it has been booked online) at the resort’s checkout booths. All you will need for pickup is your passport and ski card voucher which you will receive by email once you have completed the purchase. Upon booking another ski card for yourself, you can transfer your data onto the ski card that you received during your previous visit.

 

How can I cancel an order and/or receive a refund?

Please send an e-mail to onlinesales@rosaski.com and we will send you a cancellation request form to fill out. You can also access cancellation request forms by downloading them in your account section on shop.rosaski.com.
